Personal data management policy
Reactive Executive attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and ensures the protection of your personal data. Also, the group is committed to respecting confidentiality and more generally to protecting the personal data that is collected and processed as part of our exchanges.
Reactive Executive is therefore subject to the applicable rules regarding the protection of personal data and in particular the European general regulation on the protection of personal data n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (known as “GDPR”) and law n° 78-17 known as “Informatique et Libertés”.
This text details the information required for the processing of personal data implemented in the context of your relations with the company.
Data controller:
Reactive Executive is the Data Controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4 of the GDPR Regulation within the framework of the services provided by its various entities.
The purposes and legal bases of the processing are as follows:
- Management of the commercial relationship with its customers (art 6(b) of the GDPR)
- Managing the relationship with interim managers;
- Management of the relationship with prospects in the context of commercial prospecting and the organization of events linked to the activities of companies (art 6(f) of the GDPR;
- Managing relationships with our suppliers.
Data concerned:
The data concerned are personal data relating to identification, professional, economic or financial situation.
Data retention period:
The group retains the data of the persons concerned for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are processed or to meet its regulatory obligations. For customers, interim managers who have carried out a mission or other suppliers, in accordance with the French Commercial Code, they are retained for 10 years after the end of the business relationship. For prospects or interim managers who have not yet carried out a mission: three years from the last contact and/or update of their file.
Data recipients:
The data collected is intended for its employees authorized to collect or process customer data. The data may also be transmitted to partners as part of the execution of services that the Reactive Executive group entrusts to them. In this case, obligations to comply with the regulations on personal data policy have been obtained.
Transfer of data abroad:
In the event of a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, this would be carried out subject to appropriate guarantees, particularly on a contractual level.
Your GDPR rights:
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the GDPR, you have:
– the right to be informed of the use made of your personal data (via this text, as well as in the contractual documents which may be given to you;
– the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you;
– the right to erasure (right to be forgotten) of these;
– the right to limit processing;
– the right to data portability (receive data concerning you);
– the right to object to the processing of data (unless the processing meets a legal obligation);
– the right to withdraw consent;
– you can also define the guidelines on the fate of your data after your death.
