Transitional Purchasing and Supply Chain Director F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for an interim Purchasing and Supply Chain Director (F/M) in the Pharmaceutical sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Plan relationships between the company and its suppliers,
  • Coordinate order management in the ERP system (GUS-OS),
  • Control price negotiations and prepare supply agreements,
  • Evaluate the organization of transport and customs clearance for deliveries of various product groups,
  • Ensure a good relationship with existing suppliers,
  • Prepare forecasts for all outsourced products,
  • Federate and coach purchasing teams.
Required profile
  • Experience required in highly regulated contexts, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry,
  • Solid and proven knowledge in supply chain management,
  • Excellent command of Excel and a common ERP system, ideally GUS-OS,
  • Ability to work in a team, strong customer orientation and communication skills,
  • Familiarity with ERP software,
  • Mandatory mastery of English & German languages.
