Transition Site Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in transition management, is looking for an F/M Transition Site Manager in the Industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure the management of the site with an emphasis on production, with the Research and Development, Sales and Human Resources areas,
  • Animate the Staff Representative Bodies (IRP) to promote constructive dialogue,
  • Manage the production plan to optimize operations,
  • Study the possibility of internalizing certain activities,
  • Exclude any assignment of corporate office.
Required profile
  • Site Director specialized in production and supply chain,
  • Lead and coordinate all operations to achieve established production goals,
  • Experience in the plastics industry,
  • Engineering education or equivalent profile,
  • English proficiency.
