Transition Performance Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in transition management, is looking for a Transition Performance Director (M/F) for one of its clients in the Transport sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Set up harmonized processes including diagnosis, definition of action plans and acceptance,
  • Instill a culture of performance within the organization,
  • Measure productivity using SQCDP norms and standards (Safety, Quality, Cost, Time, People),
  • Systematize the operational analysis of loss-making services, by defining, deploying and following an appropriate action plan,
  • Disseminate best practices like SQCDP to the entire company.
Required profile
  • Excellent knowledge of the norms and standards of performance in logistics,
  • Ability to structure procedures in a formal manner,
  • Proven skills in training,
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build buy-in,
  • Fluency in English at a fluent level.
