Transition Maintenance Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Maintenance Manager (F/H) for one of its clients in the Industrial sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure daily maintenance and guarantee safety, quality and compliance with deadlines,
Conduct an audit and optimize processes in order to gain efficiency,
Manage a managerial dimension with several contractors.

Required profile

Advanced skills in the industrial sector and maintenance, with a specific focus on the chemical field,
In-depth knowledge of the CMMS SAP R3 - PM tool for optimal maintenance management,
Proven leadership in managing and supervising maintenance teams,
Active promoter of continuous improvement within operations,
Guarantor of compliance with safety standards and regulations in force,
Constant technology watch to stay at the forefront of industry advances.
