Transition Maintenance Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in transition management, is looking for a Transition Maintenance Director (F/H) for one of its clients in the Energy sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Plan and supervise maintenance activities to optimize the operation of the Site's equipment,
  • Develop budgets and control costs related to maintenance,
  • Manage teams and technical services,
  • Promote the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures,
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force,
  • Coordinate with other departments and communicate effectively with management,
  • Stay abreast of technological developments to keep the Site at the forefront of progress.
Required profile
  • Engineering skills and expertise in the field of industry and maintenance, with a preference for a background in chemistry,
  • Proven ability to ensure effective management of maintenance activities,
  • Experience in managing and supervising teams,
  • Continuous improvement skills to contribute to the constant evolution of processes,
  • Knowledge and rigorous application of safety standards and regulations in force,
  • Ability to carry out a technological watch to stay informed of the latest advances in the sector.
