Transition Analytical Validation Director M/F

Reactive Executive is urgently looking for an M/F Transitional Analytical Validation Director in the Pharmaceutical sector for one of its clients.

Key skills :

  • Fluent English ,
  • Identify the critical points to be checked in a validation/qualification process,
  • Define a validation/qualification process,
  • Produce validation reports,
  • Qualify the material used,
  • Proofreading report / protocol / Pharmacopoeia Doc / Regulatory and non-regulatory stability.
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Develop the Analytical validation strategy:
  • Define and implement process validation plans,
  • Maintain the guarantee of validation and qualification of equipment, systems, processes and methods,
  • Organize and coordinate validation and qualification actions for equipment and people,
  • Contribute to the definition of qualification needs for equipment, utilities, IT and analytics
  • Guarantee the compliance of their realization with the reference standards by approving the protocols and reports,
  • Validate quality supports for all qualification issues and validate analytical methods,
  • Promote the regulatory approach to validation,
  • Lead a team (8 Technicians),
  • Collaborate with Project Managers.
Required profile
  • Higher education BAC+5 Engineer,
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in the industry and in particular in Biotech/Validation/Chromatography. - HPLC - DAD...,
  • Very good laboratory practices,
  • Local managerial capacity.
