Interim Sales Director F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for an interim Sales Director (F/M) in the Real Estate sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Lead the execution of the commercial strategy for B2B customer segments,
  • Define pricing, packaging and offer generation strategies to achieve ambitious commercial objectives,
  • Develop with the Growth & Analytics teams and manage the execution of 360 marketing plans,
  • Develop new and existing business segments - geographic, customer segments, market segments,
  • Monitor initiatives and results and explore digital innovations more widely to propose new approaches,
  • Feed and enrich the product roadmap and thus improve satisfaction and the customer journey in the short and long term.
Required profile
  • More than 10 years of practical experience in the Real Estate sector,
  • Proven experience in team management, in a platform environment,
  • Proven ability to support teams in a matrix organization and in transformation,
  • Data driven approach and solution-oriented analytical capabilities,
  • Strong interest in platforms, technologies and innovations,
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects,
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
