Interim Sales and Marketing Director (F/M)
Reactive Executive is looking for an F/M Transitional Sales and Marketing Director for one of its clients in the Industrial sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor day-to-day sales activities and provide information for the improvement of sales activities and performance,
- Develop a business marketing plan and sales strategy for the assigned market,
- Adhere to an agreed-upon procedure for lead generation and follow-up within the company's sales systems and processes,
- Regularly report on sales and business performance against KPIs.
Required profile
- 5 years minimum experience, as Sales and Marketing Director for mechatronic products,
- Experience in managing, coaching and training a sales team,
- Excellent networking and prospecting skills,
- Perfect command of English with excellent writing skills,
- Mobility (50% of the time).
