Interim Human Resources Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Human Resources Director (F/M) in the energy sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Address the new organization with approximately 200 upcoming recruitments,
Accompany teams on the training process,
Organize the HR function of the site and bring it back to standard,
Manage relationships with IRPs,

Required profile

Experience of the HR function on a site of around 1000 people,
Experience in a context of very rapid growth,
Good knowledge of matrix organizations,
Experience in managing relations with IRPs,
Good command of English.
