Director of Transition Operations (F/M)
Reactive Executive, a leader in transition management, is looking for a Transition Operations Director (M/F) for one of its clients in the BtoB sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Establish processes and an organization adapted to a large and variable volume of business.
- Supervise and optimize the workflow by relying on intermediate line managers.
- Animate operational managers and contribute to the growth of business volumes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in setting up processes and building organizations.
- Ability to align resources according to a variable volume of cases to be processed.
- Natural leadership allowing to impose oneself in a technically complex environment.
