Director of Transition Management Control F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for a Director of Transition Management Control (F/M) in the Industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Work with the different divisions and departments of the company to develop annual budgets and short and long term financial forecasts,
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company, examining variances against budgets and identifying key trends,
  • Perform in-depth analyzes to assess the profitability of different product lines, specific projects and customers, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and growth,
  • Optimize company costs and expenses by identifying inefficiencies and proposing corrective measures to reduce them,
  • Use forecasting and modeling techniques to anticipate future trends and assess the impact of business decisions on the company's financial results,
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and internal stakeholders, providing detailed analyzes on business performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and manage financial and operational risks, implementing effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulations,
  • Provide analytical support to management to help make informed strategic and operational decisions.
Required profile
  • Seasoned management control expert,
  • Specialist in the rental sector,
  • Collaborator dedicated to supporting the Administrative and Financial Director,
  • Proven ability to specify data in the internal Matos tool,
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
