Director of Customer Service / Transition ADV F/M

Reactive Executive is looking for a Director of Customer Service / ADV transition M / F in the construction equipment and tools sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Train, lead, supervise and organize a Customer Service - ADV team made up of 4 people
  • Coordinate between Customer Service, Marketing and IT departments to optimize service management
  • Follow up on client files
  • Implement tools to optimize service management
  • Create a customer center: adv and marketing
Required profile
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Good handling of CRM software – Mycrosoft dynamics and IT appetite
  • You worked closely with management
  • Fluent English
  • German is a plus
  • Microsoft DynamicsAX
  • Result-oriented, agile, rigorous and organized manager
