At the end of his course in a business school, Alexandre Naud began his professional career in a recruitment firm specializing in the interim management.
A few years later, he joined the permanent recruitment sector, specializing in particular in the real estate and construction market.
As such, he joined the Adecco group, where he developed the recruitment offer on permanent contracts and supported the network of agencies in this process.
Passionate about commerce, he demonstrates his expertise as a business development manager.
He then joined the executive and management recruitment firm Badenoch+Clark, where he continued to develop the real estate and construction market.
On the strength of his experience, he decided to move towards interim management, where he found his desire to deal with high-stakes projects while maintaining the responsiveness that characterizes him. Alexandre Naud is fully involved in the REACTIVE EXECUTIVE project and joins the structure as Associate Director. Rich in a culture of commitment, respect and ethics, it is involved in the real estate and construction markets, as well as health and medical.
