Introduce yourself !
I am Sébastien Bellone, 52 years old. I have been building my career for 25 years, in France and abroad, in BtoB and BtoC, in the transport and logistics sectors.
Why did you become an Interim Manager?
I became Interim Manager for two reasons: the intensity of the job and the diversity of the missions offered.
What does interim management bring you?
Interim management brings me several things: a speed of action to transform organizations, the discovery of diverse and varied sectors, as well as a large number of exchanges with the people involved.
What do you bring to companies?
I bring to companies my sense of adaptability to any configuration and exceptional situation as well as my speed of execution.
What are your first actions when starting a mission?
When starting a mission, first of all, I start by understanding the functioning of the sector of the company in which I find myself. Secondly, I meet the decision makers of the company and I precisely requalify the objectives and expected results.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us?
I would have a lot of anecdotes to tell you. For example, on a mission, a few years ago, only 2 days after I took up my post, the management of the company completely changed the objectives to be achieved and I had to adapt in 4th gear.
Do you have any tips for succeeding in this job?
The first piece of advice I could give is to know how to adapt. Do not be afraid to “get your hands dirty”. I also think that we must always bear in mind that we manage people (when this is the case) by delegation only.
And why Reactive Executive?
Reactive Executive, as its name suggests, has a reactive structure; this is the secret to landing the most beautiful missions.
How do you see the future of interim management?
The transition management sector will inevitably grow with the arrival of new generations on the market and the obligation of companies to adapt constantly to stay in the race.
Would you recommend Reactive Executive?
Yes quite.
