What is your assessment of interim management? What does interim management bring you?
After working as an employee in the agro-food and then chemical industries, I embarked on interim management : 3 assignments in 3 years – in the pharmaceutical industry but in very different contexts.
Interim management is to show its expertise , its flexibility , its efficiency and quickly understand the challenges and the corporate culture.
The advantages are numerous : being independent and free, proving that you meet expectations, developing a new network and meeting great people.
Always be accompanied by a firm? For what ?
This is absolutely necessary to reduce the time of intermissions; but not all firms support you in the same way!
The mission I carried out with Reactive Executive was in a laboratory of galenic innovation, B to B.
What characterizes Reactive Executive is the proximity between the firm’s partner and the interim manager. The partner is present throughout the mission: he calls you very regularly, wants to know your integration into the company, the progress of the mission.
Better, once the mission is over, we keep in touch and it is the guarantee of a next mission together!
