I am Michel MAQUAIRE, Site/Transition Plant Director, with nearly 50 years of management experience in the Automotive and Armaments industries.
What does interim management bring you?
Interim management allows me to keep abreast of business and therefore to remain active in order to be able to seize any new challenge and find myself at the heart of a new adventure.
What do you bring to companies?
I provide companies with an external and very experienced vision, allowing them to quickly grasp the particularities of their situation and therefore to very quickly provide the solutions they are looking for, while respecting their organization and their culture.
What are your first actions when starting a mission?
Listen, with kindness, to all the stakeholders and manage to grasp all the parameters that led to the need for this mission request. From there, understand the best paths to follow allowing the adherence to the solutions that will have to be recommended and adopted.
