Introduce yourself !

I am Jacques Doyen, Transition Communication Director.
I have spent my entire career in sensitive communication consulting; both in large groups and in my own company. This led me to manage Public Affairs issues, investor relations, development issues… and in the last 15 years a large number of reorganizations and social crises.

Often, people say that you are…?

A high-level “experience design” for both large groups and ETIs. A strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues. An approach to human relations that allows me, with management teams, to bring up the reality perceived by their teams without blush, but in a courteous and proactive way.

What do you think you can bring to companies?

My consulting career has taught me the outside gaze which allows a more detached vision than when one is immersed in everyday life. My crisis management expertise has always forced me to take reactive and concrete action. I think I can, thanks to interim management, combine external vision and integrated action to achieve tangible results in a limited period.

It seems to me to meet the growing need of companies to arbitrate complex and increasingly intertwined issues: business, finance, production, commercial image… In this respect, it constitutes an enrichment and a deepening of my expertise.
