Reactive Executive is urgently seeking for one of its clients a Transition Legal Director M/F and a Transition Legal Director specializing in real estate M/F in the Health / Medical sector.
Transition Legal Director M/F
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Reporting to the Legal Director, you work in general private law :
- Operationally advise head office departments,
- Analyze and draft service contracts, purchase contract, pharmacy contract, etc.,
- Monitor litigation,
- Manage and track complaints,
- Support management in the assessment of operational risks,
- Etc.
Required profile :
- Holder of a Master 2 in business law or contract law,
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Your writing, analysis and synthesis skills, as well as your interpersonal skills will be assets to succeed in this position.
