Transition Profit Center Director M/F

Reactive Executive is looking for a Transition Profit Center Director M/F for one of its clients in the Service and Security sector in Morocco.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Manager of 140 employees (Support/Technical/Temporary functions),
  • Ensure the financial and operational management, the management of the structure for which you will have full responsibility,
  • Deploy your strategic action plan and be able to sustainably develop local partnerships (institutional, business, etc.), lobby major market players,
  • Practice prospecting on a daily basis and ensure its development.
Required profile
  • Commercial at heart, you have demonstrated and developed your managerial talent through your career in a similar position,
  • Developer at heart, entrepreneur at heart, you like a challenge, you have a team spirit as well as a sense of service,
  • Sense of responsibility, availability, good interpersonal skills and a certain natural authority characterize you.
