Transition Quality Director F/M

Reactive Executive is looking for a Transition Quality Director (F/M) for one of its clients in the Agri-food sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure operational quality by contributing to the implementation of a monitoring plan and participate in guaranteeing compliance with standards,
  • Monitor operational quality levels (quality, compliance with good practices, cleanliness, etc.),
  • Dealing with non-conformities and implementing corrective actions: by monitoring action plans, maintaining the commercial relationship, in particular by reporting on the main performance indicators,
  • Ensure the necessary audits,
  • You will support operational teams.
Required profile
  • With a Bac+5 type engineer training, you have experience in the food industry and ideally knowledge of the RETAIL environment,
  • Essential Technical Skills,
  • English professional level required,
  • Techniques of team animation and transversal management,
