Reactive Executive is urgently looking for an M/F Transition Sales Manager for one of its clients in the Remote Monitoring/Insurance sector.

Expert in the internal mechanics of mutual insurers, you will support the company in the overhaul of its commercial offer and in its distribution processes:

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • You will audit the company's sales department in order to submit your report, your recommendations,
  • You will support the staff in their skills development and define new KPI's.
Required profile
  • Transition Manager specialist in commercial and marketing processes, mastering the environment of large mutual insurers.
