Transition Human Resources Director M/F

Reactive Executive is looking for a transitional Human Resources Director for one of its clients M/F in the industry sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Contribute to the merger of two entities,
  • Contribute to the definition of the scope of integration,
  • Monitor the implementation of the various HR processes in the company (Comp & Ben, talent management, tools, payroll, industrial relations),
  • Support the implementation of the corporate vision,
  • Manage HR activities at the site level in accordance with company policies,
  • Represent the company in all local union bodies,
  • Implement local labor agreements.
Required profile
  • Proven experience in mergers,
  • Travel to be expected.
