Transition Human Resources Director M/F
Reactive Executive is looking for a transitional Human Resources Director for one of its clients M/F in the Automotive Industry sector.
Reporting to the Site Director, you ensure HR operational management:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Deploy the human resources management and management policy (recruitment, training, remuneration, mobility, career management, disciplinary, individual files, variable remuneration, time management, etc.),
- Support the operational staff of the site by providing them with a quality service,
- Contribute to process improvement in order to modernize HR practices,
- Guarantee the application of legal and regulatory obligations relating to working conditions and relations,
- Participate in meetings with employee representative bodies (Social and Economic Committee and Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee).
Required profile
- English bilingual,
- Master the office pack / IT tools,
- Cross-functional management.
