Interim General Manager F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for an interim General Manager M/F for one of its clients in the Insurance sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Assist employees in studying customer requests, analyzing files and assessing risks,
Coordinate studies with insurance companies with management, negotiate contractual clauses and supervise the preparation of customer meetings,
Supervise the operational implementation of contracts, check their drafting and ensure, with employees, the necessary contractual adjustments,
Provide technical support to Managers and monitor complex files,
Ensure monitoring of deadlines for calls for tenders in the portfolio and initiate appropriate actions,
Create and consolidate application files, have them validated internally,
Manage the daily activity of the teams.

Required profile

Graduate of a Bac+4 or Bac+5 in law or insurance, with professional experience of at least 10 years in similar positions,
Significant experience in roles such as senior account manager, key account inspector, key account technical manager, underwriter or equivalent, with solid expertise in the P&C branches,
Practical knowledge of calls for tenders, acquired through past experiences,
Mastery of computer tools in the Microsoft suite, in particular Powerpoint and Excel,
Developed process culture and rigor in the daily management of teams.
