Interim Human Resources Director F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for a transition Human Resources Director (F/M) in the Services sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Harmonize HR policies to ensure overall consistency within the company,
  • Implement the HR policy in accordance with the strategy defined by the Group,
  • Ensure compliance with social and labor laws and legal regulations in force,
  • Actively contribute to transformation projects such as Employment Protection Plans (PSE) or internal reorganizations,
  • Assist the General Director as his right-hand man to facilitate social dialogue and effectively organize meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) as well as the Management Committee (COMEX).
Required profile
  • Professional experience of at least 8 years as a Human Resources Director, highlighting expertise in various HR areas,
  • In-depth knowledge of social law and labor regulations, essential to ensure compliant management of human resources,
  • Mastery of litigation procedures, in particular Employment Protection Plans (PSE), demonstrating an ability to manage delicate situations,
  • Familiarity with digital payroll tools, specifically Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), for effective management of payroll processes,
  • Leadership in payroll management and in supporting teams in the adoption of a new tool such as Papaya, while promoting a culture of innovation, ideally in a start-up environment.
