Interim Accounting Director F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for an interim Accounting Director (F/M) in the energy sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Lead a team of around twenty employees, involving them in the vision, remobilizing them and managing priorities,
Represent the team in working groups dedicated to the continuous improvement of tools and processes, acting as project owner,
Proactively contribute to the team's overall production to ensure its effectiveness and success.

Required profile

Leadership in managing relationships with the group's internal customers, as Director of Accounts Payable,
Exceptional organizational ability to manage a large volume of tasks, an essential skill for this position,
Expertise as Project Owner (MOA), actively contributing to working groups dedicated to continuous improvement,
Ability to unite and bring the team on board, a key skill to ensure success in this managerial role.
