Director Quality, Health, Safety, Transition Environment F/M

Reactive Executive, leader in transition management, is looking for a transition QHSE Director (F/M) in the Industrial sector for one of its clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Develop and update general quality control procedures as well as QHSE instructions for sites,
Participate in the implementation and compliance with good manufacturing practices,
Coordinate the monitoring of the QHSE management system - Implementation and/or monitoring of audit programs, HSE meetings, feeding of QHSE dashboards - Reporting on site activity to the group and to the administrative management,
Manage & manage the facilitators on each site,
Ensure that sites comply with regulations,
Analyze professional and environmental risks, and prepare DUERP administrative files (Risk Evaluation and Information Document),
Propose, organize and participate in QHSE training and awareness sessions,

Required profile

Laboratory experience essential,
Ability to mobilize and unite a team,
Leadership and team management skills,
Expertise in the areas of safety, health, environment and sustainability,
Fluency in English required.
