Transition Quality Director (F/M)

Reactive Executive, a leader in interim management, is looking for an interim Quality Director (F/H) for one of its clients in the energy sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Lead the quality control and continuous improvement activity of the site,
  • Lead the primary interface with customers for site activities,
  • Ensure ISO9001 requirements,
  • Develop the Quality Culture of the site,
  • Define, monitor and communicate the quality indicators of the site,
  • Manage the quality budget of the site.
Required profile
  • Experience in an operational quality management position of at least 5 years in the industrial sector on large sites,
  • Strong EHS culture (Environmental Health and Safety),
  • Good level of knowledge and practice of statistical tools, experimental plan,
  • Ability to support and improve the Plant's EHS policy,
  • Expert in Quality Management System and ISO9001,
  • Strong ability to stop work in case of EHS risk.
