A former high-level athlete, Séverine Pérez holds a Master’s degree in Management, supplemented by a university diploma in Mental Preparation and an Executive Coach certification.

She began her career in events and media (Orange, 10 Médias, etc.) where she held managerial positions and then Marketing, Communication and Sales Director. After 3 sports seasons spent in the sales department of Stade Rennais Football Club, she decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure by becoming General Manager of several companies in the sports and catering sectors.

She specialized in franchise development and, building on her successes, she decided to share her victories and became the right-hand man of start-up and SME managers, supporting them in optimizing their potential and the overall performance of their business.

A woman of challenge, she decided in 2023 to move towards Transition Management. A sector in which economic, social and environmental issues are at the heart of transformation issues.

Séverine Perez therefore continues to engage in varied and constantly evolving organizational contexts.
